How It Works

The Drivir ride sharing platform has a ratings and review system for both drivers and customers. The ratings are 1-5 stars and customers as well as drivers are encouraged to rate their experience. For drivers, the better the experience the passenger has, the more stars they will get. This is very important to drivers because a good rating will earn drivers more money in incentives. Drivers must adhere to the Drivir Captain Standards. This will guarantee high ratings and great reviews from passengers.

The Pick Up

Once you have accepted a ride, go directly to the pick up location. Don't delay!

Go as close to the pick up location as possible.

Greet them with a smile and tell them who you are there to pick up.

Help them with any heavy packages they have.

Your car should be clean and smelling great!

Your personal hygiene should be up to par!

Set the temperature in your car to a comfortable level.

Offer to connect their phone or music device to the vehicles stereo system via Bluetooth or USB connection.

Make sure you have travel packs of tissue, wipes, and antibacterial gel for passengers.

Don't speed, step on the brake suddenly, or weave in and out of traffic.

Stay off the phone!

Leave it up to the passenger to start the conversation.

Find the most convenient drop off spot for your passengers.

If the drop off location is unfamiliar to your passenger, don't leave them stranded!

On arrival, help the passenger with any heavy packages or bags.
