Your phones GPS has to be on. The app will pick up your current location or you can enter a location. Then enter your Drop Off location.

Next, you can choose the size and type of car you want based on the number of passengers or the level of comfort. You have a choice of regular taxis to luxury vehicles.

The estimated price will be displayed. Here, you can choose whether you will pay using Cash or Credit/Debit Card.

Just click "Book Now" to send a request. Once a driver has accepted the ride, you will receive driver and car information. You will also be able to track the car in real-time as it is on its way to the Pick Up location.

When your vehicle is at the Pick Up location you will receive a notification. Before entering the vehicle, confirm the vehicle is the correct color and model and has the correct license plate number. Also, confirm it is the correct driver by comparing the profile picture and asking driver the name of the passenger for pick up. All this information is right there on the app.

When you enter the vehicle the driver will start the ride. The route you want to take is up to you. You may tell the driver which route to take or you can allow the driver to choose the best route to your destination.

Your driver is a highly trained professional. Your experience will be friendly, comfortable, and safe. The vehicle will be clean and the ride should be smooth. Your cell phone, the driver's cell phone are all being monitored by our GPS technologies. There is a panic button in the app you can click and get the police immediately. You can also send driver and car information to anyone with just one click. You are safe.

Once you get to your Drop Off location the driver ends the ride and you can approve the payment. Pay with cash or if using a card, the payment will be deducted. You will then be asked to rate the driver and you can also leave a review on your experience.
